Deep Release Yoga Flow – A Six Week Course
Tuesday’s 6.30pm-8pm (Starts Tuesday 22nd May 2018)
Do you want to release deep-seated tension, and go deeper into your yoga practise? We explore deep hip-opening yoga sequences, twisting from your core, shoulder’s release, as well as developing your mental focus and core strength. The yoga style combines flowing sequences with longer held poses. After easing tension from your body, we finish each session with guided visualisation, pranayama and meditation.
Week 1: Hip opening
Week 2: Twisting from the core
Week 3: Shoulders release
Week 4: Mental focus
Week 5: Core stability
Week 6: Yoga flow
What to expect:
- Flowing yoga sequences and longer held poses;
- Deep release of deep-seated tension from your hips, back, and shoulders;
- Deep relaxation after guided visualisation, pranayama and meditation.
Is this course suitable for beginners?
Yes people new to yoga are welcome. You will be guided through all the sequences gradually step-by-step. If you’re feeling unbendy, this is the perfect way to begin opening up your body. You’ll notice a big difference in your movement after the six weeks.
